Documents
Upload necessary documents so that we can review them and pass them along to the underwriters. This step can prove to be crucial in determining the fluidity of the entire process.

Disclosures
You will receive a number of disclosures throughout the mortgage process including State Disclosures, Loan Estimates, and Closing Disclosures. All of these insure that you will be well informed with regards to all details of your specific loan package. This includes loan terms like rates, amortization schedule, costs, savings, and more!

Closing
Once our team at RFG Financial works with you and the underwriters to get you Cleared to Close, we get all the details in order, review the final numbers with you and schedule the closing. At closing, all the parties involved will sign the final documents and go on record!
